Need Eighty Two Forex and Travels Private Limited is looking for a responsible and proactive Office Executive to manage daily administrative tasks. The role involves handling regular bank-related work, managing documents, and supporting overall office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit banks regularly for deposits, withdrawals, cheque submissions, updating passbooks, collecting documents, and other bank-related activities.
Maintain administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, photocopying, and organizing documents.
Prepare and update basic records, reports, and logs.
Handle courier-related tasks including sending, receiving, and tracking packages.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth office operations.
Assist with vendor coordination, bill submissions, payments, and follow-ups.
Manage office supplies, stock checks, and replenishment.
Perform any additional tasks assigned by management, both outdoor and indoor.
Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in office administration or similar roles.
Strong understanding of banking procedures and ability to handle bank visits independently.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
Willingness to travel locally for official tasks.
Responsible, punctual, and trustworthy.
