We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Office Executive / Admin Assistant to support daily office operations across HR, Admin, IT, Technical, and Purchase functions. The ideal candidate should be organized, efficient, and comfortable handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced work environment.
Administrative & Operational Support
Handle day-to-day office administration including record maintenance and filing.
Manage petty cash and expense records.
Assist in procurement and purchasing of office supplies and vendor coordination.
Support in HR and staff-related documentation and coordination.
Coordinate with internal departments
Technical & Office Tasks
Prepare and maintain registers, trackers, and Excel sheets.
Handle Word, Excel, and email correspondence efficiently.
Ensure smooth functioning of IT and office equipment in coordination with vendors.
Recruitment Assistance
Post job ads on job platforms
Maintain candidate databases and follow up on applications and interviews.
Support in onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
