Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Software application developer to develop high quality applications using Java in Google App Engine and maintain with zero downtime in the production environment. You will also be responsible to lead a small team and provide technical guidance.

Responsibilities

Understand business requirements from the customer by collaborating with Business Owners / relevant stakeholders to determine functional and nonfunctional requirements
Design and Develop high quality (zero post production defect) application
Create all documents required to meet CMMI standards
Adhere to SDLC process
Maintain review logs for requirements, design, source code, unit testing and system testing
Use tools and methodologies to create representations for functions and user interface of desired product
Responsible to review performance of operations and meet support KPI
Identify scope of improvements and propose new solutions
Keeps hierarchical and functional stakeholders well informed of status of development
Communicates effectively with customers to identify needs and evaluate alternative technical solutions
Continually seeks opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen relationships
Builds a knowledge base of each customer's business, systems and objectives

Education

Engineer graduate preferably in IT, CSE, ECE, EEE

Experience / knowledge

More than two years of experience in the software industry with a full stack developer role.
Working experience in Spring Core, Spring MVC, Hibernate, AngularJS, JQuery, Node JS
Working experience in backend using MySQL, DataStore, NoSQL
Good knowledge in Web services REST,SOAP, system integration, XML, JSON
Knowledge in HTML/CSS, JavaScript and UI/UX design
Good to have - Development experience in Cloud PaaS platform Using Google Cloud
Knowledge of UML and other modeling methods
Understanding of software quality assurance principles
A technical mindset with great attention to detail
Outstanding communication and presentation abilities
Excellent interpersonal skills is a must
