We are looking for a

responsible and experienced candidate

to manage

office documentation, quotations, and GeM tender processes.

The ideal candidate should be organized, fluent in English, and proficient in Microsoft Word and basic computer applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and manage quotations, proforma invoices, and related documents Handle tender documentation, upload, and submissions on

GeM portal

Perform general office administrative duties as required

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum

1-2 years of relevant experience

in office documentation or tender management

Good command over English

(written and spoken) Proficiency in

MS Word, and Email correspondence

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
