The Office Cum Housekeeping Executive is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across office premises while supporting basic office operations, including beverage service, banking assistance, and documentation work. The role ensures a clean, organized, and efficient workplace environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Housekeeping & Office Maintenance
Clean office floors, desks, and workstations on a daily basis.
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of conference rooms before and after meetings.
Clean and maintain staff washrooms
twice daily
.
Ensure overall cleanliness of office premises, including common areas.
Refill and manage housekeeping supplies as required.
Pantry & Refreshment Support
Prepare and serve
tea and coffee
for staff, visitors, and management.
Maintain cleanliness of pantry area and utensils.
Office Support & Administration
Handle basic
banking activities
such as cheque deposits, document submission, and follow-ups.
Support
documentation and filing
of office records.
Assist administrative staff with routine office tasks as assigned.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum education:
10th / 12th Pass
Prior experience in
office housekeeping / office assistant role
preferred.
Basic understanding of office hygiene standards.
Ability to handle simple banking and documentation tasks.
Honest, reliable, and well-organized.
