Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive, customer-focused Executive - Service & Support to manage Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) calling, follow-ups, and service coordination. The role ensures timely reminders, accurate documentation, smooth coordination with the service team, and high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound and receive inbound calls related to AMC services, renewals, and service scheduling.
Provide timely reminders and follow-ups with customers for contract renewals, payments, and visit schedules.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, AMC contracts, and service details in the company systems.
Coordinate with internal service teams/technicians for timely execution of customer requests and on-site visits.
Handle basic customer complaints and service queries; escalate complex issues to the appropriate stakeholders.
Prepare daily/weekly dashboards and reports on call outcomes, customer responses, renewals, collections, and contract status.
Support field acquisition of new AMC orders through scheduled client visits (training provided).
Ensure adherence to company SOPs, data privacy, and professional standards in all communications.
Candidate Requirements
Education:
Graduate/Diploma in any discipline.
Experience:
0-2 years; freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
Languages:
Proficient verbal communication in
English & Malayalam
(Hindi is an added advantage).
Technical:
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Other:
Ability to work with minimal supervision, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
Willingness to take initiative and ownership in day-to-day operations.
Bike/Two-wheeler is mandatory
for field visits; valid driving license required.
Work Split & Nature
40% Field:
Client visits for AMC renewals, collections coordination, basic inspections, and
generating new AMC orders
(lead generation & conversion).
60% Office:
Calling, follow-ups, scheduling, documentation, reporting, and coordination.
Training:
Comprehensive training will be provided on AMC processes, tools, and field protocols.
