Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Coordinate daily office operations and ensure a well-organized work environment. Act as the point of contact between clients, vendors, and the design team. Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and follow-ups. Maintain and update project files, documents, and office records. Support designers and project managers with material procurement and vendor coordination. Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally. Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and proposals. Monitor office supplies and ensure timely stock availability. Provide administrative support to ensure project deadlines are met.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (preferred). Prior experience in office coordination/administration, preferably in an interior design or architecture firm. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic knowledge of design-related tools is a plus. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
