3 smart, confident, and dedicated female Office Coordinators

to join our team. The ideal candidates should be good at handling office tasks, coordinating with staff, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:



Handling phone calls, emails, and visitor queries Managing office files, documents, and records Coordinating between different departments and staff Preparing reports and maintaining data Assisting in scheduling meetings and follow-ups

Requirements:



Female candidates only (3 positions) Qualification: Graduate / 12th pass (preferred) Good communication skills (Punjabi/Hindi/English) Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet) Confident, presentable, and responsible
