Job Description

Manage daily office operations to support printing production teams Maintain production schedules, job sheets, and delivery records Coordinate communication between the production floor and office staff Manage incoming calls, emails, and client inquiries Receive and log printing job orders from clients Prepare job tickets and ensure accurate specifications (size, color, paper type, quantity) Coordinate with designing, plate-making, pre-press, and printing departments Maintain stock of printing materials (paper, inks, chemicals, plates, packaging) Coordinate with vendors for purchasing and timely supply Monitor consumption levels and maintain inventory records Facilitate GRN (Goods Received Notes) and store documentation Coordinate with clients regarding approvals, proofs, and delivery schedules Follow up on sample approvals, corrections, or design changes Prepare delivery challans and invoices (if assigned) Handle complaints or issues and escalate appropriately Coordinate with delivery staff for dispatch planning Ensure correct packaging, labeling, and timely delivery

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
