Managing office supplies, equipment, and inventory; handling correspondence, emails, and phone calls; maintaining records and files; and coordinating travel arrangements.

Facility Management:

Ensuring the office space is well-maintained, arranging for necessary repairs, and overseeing safety and security procedures.

Event Planning:

Organizing and coordinating meetings, conferences, and other office events.

Financial Management:

Processing invoices, managing budgets, and handling expense reports.

Supervisory/Team Support:

Supervising administrative staff, providing guidance, and assisting with onboarding new employees.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
