About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Office Coordinator to support the Managing Director and ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the executive office. This is a key role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent coordination skills, and is comfortable handling administrative responsibilities with professionalism and discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the Managing Director's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements
Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting agendas as per requirements
Handle sensitive and confidential documents with utmost discretion
Act as a communication link between the MD and internal/external stakeholders
Follow up on delegated tasks and ensure timely completion
Maintain office records, documentation, and filing systems
Organize internal meetings, reviews, and business correspondence
Support overall office administration and ensure a smooth workflow
Candidate Requirements:
Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field
Experience: Minimum 4-6 years in a similar role, preferably supporting senior management
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
High level of professionalism, discretion, and reliability
Ability to multitask and work independently under pressure
