Job Summary



The Office Coordinator will be responsible for managing day-to-day office operations, coordinating administrative activities, and providing support to management and staff. The ideal candidate should be well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities



Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks Coordinate internal communication between departments Maintain records, files, and office documentation Handle data entry, billing support, and basic accounting work Assist in HR-related activities such as attendance, onboarding support, and employee coordination Manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor coordination Schedule meetings and maintain calendars Ensure discipline and smooth workflow within the office Support management with reports and correspondence

Training & Posting Details



Selected candidates must

undergo mandatory training for 1 month in Lucknow

After successful completion of training, the candidate will be

posted at the Noida office

Accommodation and fooding will be provided

by the company after joining Noida Office not in Lucknow

Required Skills & Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred) Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email) Basic knowledge of accounting software (Tally preferred) Good communication and coordination skills Strong organizational and time-management abilities Willingness to relocate temporarily for training in Lucknow Positive attitude and professional behavior

Experience



0-3 years of experience in office administration or coordination roles Freshers with strong administrative skills may also apply
