Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Coordination



Manage daily office operations and ensure a well-organized, efficient work environment. Coordinate internal communication between departments and management. Maintain office records, files, and documentation (physical and digital). Draft, review, and circulate official correspondence, emails, and notices.

Scheduling & Coordination



Schedule meetings, appointments, and site visits as required. Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation, and logistics for staff and management. Follow up on pending tasks, approvals, and inter-departmental requirements.

Vendor & Asset Management



Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and office maintenance agencies. Monitor office supplies and place purchase requisitions when required. Maintain records of office assets, AMC contracts, and service schedules.

HR & Payroll Support



Assist HR with attendance records, leave management, and employee documentation. Support onboarding and exit formalities of employees. Coordinate with accounts/HR for payroll inputs and compliance-related documents.

Accounts & Documentation Support



Assist in invoice tracking, expense statements, and basic coordination with the accounts department. Maintain records of bills, vouchers, and approvals. Support audits and statutory documentation as required.

Compliance & Confidentiality



Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and administrative controls. Maintain confidentiality of company and employee information at all times.
Required Skills & Competencies

Strong organizational and coordination skills. Good verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to multitask and meet deadlines. Basic understanding of office administration, HR, and accounts coordination.
Qualifications & Experience

Graduate in any discipline (preferred). 1-4 years of experience in office administration or coordination role. Experience in construction / engineering / corporate office environment is an advantage.
Working Conditions

Full-time, office-based role. May require occasional extended hours based on operational needs.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
