Coordinate daily office operations and ensure a smooth workflow.
Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for the team.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and client inquiries professionally.
Maintain office supplies and ensure timely procurement.
Assist HR and management with documentation and administrative tasks.
Coordinate with project teams for updates, reports, and follow-ups.
Maintain proper filing systems (physical and digital).
Support the team during client visits, presentations, and events.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
Prior experience as an Office Coordinator, Admin, or similar role preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and handle tasks with responsibility.
