We are seeking a highly organized and proactive On-Site Coordinator to be the central point of contact and operational support for our on-site & offshore team. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the coordination between teams, hiring managers, and various internal departments of Accounts and HR. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional english communication and administrative skills.
1-3 years of experience in an administrative, coordination, or support role.
Proven ability to manage complex scheduling for multiple stakeholders.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) and/or Google Workspace.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills with a strong attention to detail.
