Handle daily office administration tasks and maintain a smooth workflow.
Coordinate with different departments for schedules, documentation, and task follow-ups.
Manage basic accounting entries in
Tally
(invoices, receipts, expenses, stock updates, etc.).
Assist in maintaining office records, files, and data accuracy.
Prepare reports, letters, and communication documents as needed.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and support office communication.
Manage vendor coordination, office supplies, and logistics.
Support management in daily tasks, meetings, and office operations.
Visit nearby locations when required for documentation, banking work, or coordination (vehicle mandatory).
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in admin, office coordination, or support functions.
Basic understanding of
Tally
and ability to handle simple accounting tasks.
Good communication skills with fluency in English.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Reliable, responsible, and capable of working independently.
Must possess a
vehicle
for occasional field-related tasks.
