Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily office operations and ensure a well-organized work environment.
Manage front desk activities including greeting visitors, answering calls, and handling correspondence.
Coordinate meetings, schedules, and travel arrangements for team members.
Maintain office supplies inventory and handle procurement when required.
Assist in onboarding new employees by preparing workstations and required documentation.
Liaise with vendors, maintenance teams, and service providers.
Support HR and Accounts teams with basic administrative tasks (e.g., document filing, data entry, record management).
Handle courier services, logistics coordination, and other operational tasks.
Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in office administration or coordination.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
