Manage and coordinate daily administrative activities of the Jaipur office/center.
Maintain records of student admissions, attendance, fees, and other documentation.
Liaise with parents for inquiries, feedback, and general communication.
Provide support to teaching staff with scheduling, materials, and logistics.
Coordinate with the central team on HR, finance, inventory, and compliance.
Manage procurement and stock of educational and office supplies.
Supervise support staff (housekeeping, helpers) and ensure upkeep of premises.
Handle front-desk duties including walk-in queries and phone/email communication.
Assist in organizing workshops, events, and parent-teacher meetings.
Ensure adherence to internal processes and regulatory guidelines.
