Welcome and assist customers with currency exchange queries.
Coordinate daily office operations and support the forex sales team.
Maintain accurate records of forex transactions and customer documentation.
Handle KYC, invoice generation, customer forms, and filing.
Ensure compliance with RBI and company policies.
Assist with cash handling and maintain daily transaction reports.
Follow up with clients for documentation and payments.
Manage office inventory, stationery, and ensure office upkeep.
Coordinate with banks, vendors, and internal departments.
Maintain customer lists, leads, and daily MIS updates.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and provide timely responses.
Support management with administrative and operational tasks as needed.
Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of forex processes (training can be provided).
Strong record-keeping and documentation abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email).
Ability to multitask and manage office operations smoothly.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Customer service-oriented approach.
Qualifications
Graduate in any field.
Experience in finance, banking, or forex operations is an advantage.
Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.
