Manage and maintain a welcoming reception area, ensuring a positive experience for clients and visitors.
Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and appointments for senior attorneys and staff members.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, both physical and digital, in compliance with our company's data management policies.
Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, mail management, and other tasks as required.
Develop and implement effective filing systems, ensuring seamless retrieval of documents and information.
Monitor office supplies and stationery, placing orders as necessary to maintain a well-stocked and efficient workspace.
Collaborate with the HR and finance departments to ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
1 year of experience in an administrative or office coordinator role, preferably in a legal firm or similar environment.
High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field desirable.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace, with excellent computer skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
High level of organization, time management, and multitasking abilities.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
