Manage front desk duties including answering phones, greeting visitors, and handling correspondence.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars for management.
Prepare and distribute internal communications, reports, and documentation.
Office Operations:
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
Coordinate office maintenance, equipment repairs, and facility management needs.
Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
Vendor and Staff Coordination:
Serve as the point of contact for vendors, service providers, and building management.
Assist HR or operations teams with onboarding new employees and organizing company events.
Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations when needed.
Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate filing systems, both electronic and physical.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Process Improvement:
Recommend and implement office procedures to increase efficiency and organization.
