Manage daily office operations. Maintain office supplies and inventory. Answer phone calls and emails. Organize files and documents. Schedule meetings and appointments. Assist with basic bookkeeping or reports. Support other staff with administrative tasks.

Requirements:



2 years of experience in office administration. Good communication and time management skills. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Able to handle multiple tasks. High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's a plus).
