We are seeking a motivated and organized

Office Coordinator

to support day-to-day administrative and operational tasks in our office. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage front-desk activities including phone calls, emails, and visitor handling Maintain office supplies and inventory management Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events Handle documentation, filing, and record-keeping Support HR and Admin departments in day-to-day operations Assist in vendor management and basic procurement activities Ensure the office environment is clean and organized

Requirements:



0 to 2 years of relevant experience in office administration or coordination Strong communication and interpersonal skills Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently Time management and problem-solving skills
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
