We are urgently looking for a Office Co-ordinator to join our team
Location:
Parel, Mumbai
Experience:
Minimum 1 to 3 years
Communication:
Excellent English, Hindi & Marathi communication skills (both written & verbal)
Working Hours:
09:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Working Days:
Monday to Saturday
Salary:
Up to 50,000/- (Based on Last in hand Salary)
Responsibilities:
1) Assisting manager in day to day office coordination.
2) Performingdministrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, bills processing, report generation, filing etc.
3) Provide support to team members on various projects and tasks as needed.
4) Assist in preparing reports and presentations as required.
5) Help organize meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items.
6) Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
7)Adhoc- Handling management related coordination as and when required.
