Our Group of Companies is looking for a proactive and organized
Office Coordinator
to manage daily office activities and support coordination between the office team and clients. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of experience who are eager to learn and grow.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming and outgoing calls in a professional manner.
Coordinate effectively with the
office team
to ensure smooth workflow and task execution.
Communicate with
clients
through calls, emails, and WhatsApp for updates, follow-ups, and basic support.
Schedule meetings and manage calendars as required.
Maintain basic office records and documentation.
Support day-to-day office operations to ensure efficiency.
Assist with limited
Cafe-related digital coordination
such as website updates and Google My Business (GMB).
(Complete training will be provided for this task.)
Requirements:
Good verbal and written communication skills in
English & Hindi
.
Strong ability to handle calls and client coordination confidently.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with email and WhatsApp communication.
Organized, proactive, and able to multitask effectively.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new responsibilities.
