Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence; greet visitors and direct inquiries appropriately.
Maintain office supplies inventory; place orders and track usage.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Oversee maintenance of office equipment and coordinate with vendors for repairs and services.
Assist with onboarding new employees (desk setup, access badges, welcome materials, etc.).
Maintain organized filing systems (both digital and physical).
Ensure compliance with office policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
