Job Description

Candidate: Females preferred
Timings: 10am - 6:30pm

Key Responsibilities:



Office Operations Management

: Manage day-to-day office activities, including HR related ,supply management, day to day tasks

Communication

: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and resolving issues promptly.

Meeting and Event Planning

: Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and travel arrangements, ensuring all details are meticulously planned.

Administrative Support

: Provide support to staff members, including preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.

Supply Management

: Manage office inventory, including ordering and restocking supplies as needed.

Vendor Relationship Management

: Liaise with vendors, service providers, and building management to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements and Skills:



Experience

: 1-3 years of experience in office administration or support roles.

Technical Skills

: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.

Soft Skills

: Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills; ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Additional Skills

: Basic book-keeping principles and advanced excel proficiency will be given preference
