Job Overview:


We are looking for a dynamic and responsible Office Coordinator to join our team in Khar, Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of the stock market and experience in handling back office operations in a financial services or broking environment.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage back office activities including account opening and client documentation Act as a liaison between the firm and clients, ensuring timely and professional client communication Assist in placing buy and sell orders on the trading system. (Training will be provided.) Maintain organized records and support day-to-day office operations. Prepare reports and manage data using MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Candidate Requirements:



Graduate from a recognized university. 1-2 years of relevant experience in stock broking or financial services. Basic knowledge of stock market operations is essential. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).oGood communication skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
