The Role: The Heart of Our Mumbai Office



As our Operations Coordinator, you will be the central force that drives our initiatives forward. You won't just be managing the office; you'll be a critical driver of our operational success. Your primary responsibility is to support the team wherever needed, clear roadblocks, manage key relationships, and ensure our Mumbai hub operates at peak efficiency.

What You'll Be Doing



Driving Initiatives & Project Support:



Act as the key support for all teams, proactively assisting with projects and initiatives to ensure they move forward efficiently. Track progress on key tasks, follow up with stakeholders on action items, and help ensure deadlines are met across the board.

Operational Excellence:



Oversee day-to-day business operations, identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions to improve workflows and productivity. Maintain a productive and well-equipped office environment, ensuring the team has all the tools and resources they need.

Vendor & Relationship Management:



Own and manage relationships with all key operational vendors (e.g., printers, logistics partners, suppliers, service providers). Handle negotiations, manage contracts, process invoices, and ensure vendors deliver high-quality service.

Customer Support:



Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries via email and phone, providing timely, empathetic, and professional support. Log customer feedback, resolve issues effectively, and escalate complex cases to the appropriate internal teams.

Experience:

You have

2-3 years of proven experience

in an operations, project coordination, or multifaceted business support role.

Initiative:

You have a high degree of ownership and a proactive, problem-solving mindset. You don't wait to be told what to do; you anticipate needs and take action.

Project Coordination:

You have strong organizational skills and know how to keep multiple balls in the air, ensuring that projects stay on track.

Communication:

You are an excellent communicator, capable of working effectively with internal team members, external vendors, and customers.

Customer-Centric:

You have a customer-first attitude and the ability to handle inquiries with patience and professionalism.

Tech-Savvy:

You are proficient with MS Office Suite and Google Workspace and are comfortable learning new software.
