Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Maintain office records, files, and documentation accurately. Follow up with site supervisors and teams regarding project/installation status. Track deliveries and update office MIS or project sheets. Communicate internally and externally to ensure smooth workflow. Prepare reports, letters, and official documents as required. Assist management in daily operational tasks and coordination. Handle calls, emails, and messages professionally.

Skills & Qualifications:



1-3 years experience in office administration or coordination. Good typing and documentation skills (MS Office proficiency mandatory). Strong communication and organizational skills. Detail-oriented and proactive in following up tasks. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
