  • Handling calls and delivering messages
  • Greeting and receiving visitors
  • Scheduling appointments and meetings for other employees
  • Performing general clerical and administrative tasks
  • Managing office supplies
  • Helping manage the office correspondence
  • Help maintain files to keep track of important documents, organize travel arrangements, manage supply inventory and perform data entry as required
  • Prepared daily / weekly reports for different departments as per their standard formats.
  • Updated the report formats as per the instructions from the higher management
  • Should internet savvy.
  • And must have good communication Skills in English.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: Up to \xe2\x82\xb920,000.00 per month Benefits:
