Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and energetic

Office Coordinator (Fresher - Female)

to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing day-to-day office tasks, coordinate with various departments, and handle follow-ups with clients, vendors, and internal team

Key Responsibilities:



Assist in daily administrative and coordination tasks. Maintain office records, documentation, and filing systems. Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and messages. Conduct regular follow-ups with clients, and internal teams for updates. Schedule meetings, appointments, and follow up on assigned tasks.. Support in preparing basic reports and presentations. Manage office supplies and ensure proper upkeep of the office environment.

Skills & Qualifications:



Graduate in any stream. Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, power point). Good communication skills - verbal and written. Strong interpersonal and coordination skills. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Internship

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
