Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and responsible

Office Coordinator

who can efficiently handle office coordination, material tracking, and customer follow-ups. The ideal candidate should be fluent in

Hindi, English, and Kannada

and capable of managing daily operational activities with accuracy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities



Maintain records of

incoming and outgoing materials

(entry, tracking, and documentation). Monitor and follow up on the

working condition/status of units/materials

. Prepare and share

offers/quotations

with customers. Regular

follow-up for Purchase Orders (PO)

with customers. Coordinate and follow up for

GRN (Goods Receipt Note)

. Follow up with customers/accounts team for

payment status

. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operational flow. Maintain proper documentation and update records regularly.

Required Skills & Qualifications



Fluency in

Hindi, English, and Kannada

. Basic knowledge of

office operations, documentation, and coordination

. Good communication and follow-up skills. Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, Office tools). Ability to multitask and work independently.

Experience



1-3 years

of relevant experience preferred Freshers with good communication skills may also apply
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
