Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized

Office Coordinator

to support day-to-day office operations with a strong focus on

tender search, tender bidding, documentation, payment follow-ups, and client coordination

. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in handling

GeM portal activities

and tender-related work.

Key Responsibilities (KRA):

Tender Search & Tender Bidding

through Government and Private portals Handling complete

tender documentation

, submission, and compliance requirements Working extensively on the

GeM Portal

including bid participation and order processing

Payment follow-ups

with clients and coordination with accounts team

Client maintenance

and regular communication for ongoing requirements Assisting in

office documentation

, record keeping, and data management Coordination with internal teams for timely completion of assigned tasks

Required Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum

1 year of experience

in a similar role (Office Coordinator / Tender Executive / Admin Support) Hands-on experience in

tender search, tender bidding, and GeM portal operations

Basic knowledge of

documentation and client coordination

Good communication and follow-up skills Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
