Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Coordinate day-to-day office operations, documentation, and communication. Handle phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries--especially Malayalam-speaking clients or vendors. Manage scheduling, follow-ups, meetings, and visitor handling. Maintain records, files, purchase requests, and basic office data entry. Coordinate with internal departments for smooth workflow (sales, accounts, production). Support HR/admin tasks such as attendance, leaves, courier handling, and basic office management. Assist in preparing quotations, invoices, and client communication as needed. Ensure timely follow-up with clients, suppliers, and field staff. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.

Mandatory Requirement



Fluent Malayalam speaking ability

(Reading/Writing is an added advantage).

Qualifications & Skills



Graduate / 12th pass with strong communication skills. 1-3 years of experience in office coordination/admin roles. Good command over Malayalam + basic English/Hindi. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email). Strong follow-up and multitasking abilities. Polite, disciplined, and well-organized personality.

Pay: ₹10,651.85 - ₹25,000.00 per month
