Job Description

Manage daily office operations and maintain office cleanliness & discipline Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitor management Prepare and maintain records, files, and documentation Coordinate with different departments for smooth workflow Create and update reports, sheets, and office data Schedule meetings, appointments, and follow-up tasks Assist HR in basic activities like attendance, onboarding, and record keeping Handle office supplies, purchase orders, and vendor coordination Support senior management in administrative tasks Maintain confidentiality of office information --- Required Skills Good communication skills (verbal & written) Strong organizational and multitasking ability Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email) Time management and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and responsibly Professional and polite behavior

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
