Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and organized

Office Coordinator

with 1-2 years of experience to manage daily office operations and ensure smooth administrative functioning. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, capable of multitasking, and skilled in coordinating with vendors and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities



Handle day-to-day office administrative activities and data entry. Maintain office records, files, and documentation (physical & digital). Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, maintenance, and services. Manage vendor bills, follow-ups, and basic coordination. Assist in planning and executing office events, meetings, and activities. Support HR and management with routine office tasks. Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitor coordination. Ensure office facilities are well-maintained and operations run smoothly.

Required Qualifications & Skills



Graduate in any discipline.

1-2 years of experience

in office coordination or administration. Proficiency in

MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)

. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Basic knowledge of vendor management and event coordination.
