We are looking for a motivated and responsible

Sales, marketing, purchase & Office coordinator

who has a good command of English, computer knowledge, and sales skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling client communication, managing emails, and supporting sales operations through MS Office tools.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle daily sales inquiries and client follow-ups. Prepare sales reports and maintain records in MS Excel. Use MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for documentation and reporting. Draft and respond to emails using Gmail and Outlook. Communicate fluently in English (reading, writing, and speaking). Maintain proper records of leads and client interactions. Coordinate with the internal team and customers to ensure smooth operations.

Required Skills:



Basic to intermediate sales knowledge Good computer knowledge Proficiency in

MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Familiarity with

Gmail and Outlook

Fluent in English (Reading, Writing, and Speaking)
Ability to multitask and handle office work efficiently

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
