Handle daily sales inquiries and client follow-ups.
Prepare sales reports and maintain records in MS Excel.
Use MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for documentation and reporting.
Draft and respond to emails using Gmail and Outlook.
Communicate fluently in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
Maintain proper records of leads and client interactions.
Coordinate with the internal team and customers to ensure smooth operations.
