Responsibilities: Handling client calls, queries, and travel-related communication Coordinating with vendors, hotels, and tour operators for bookings Managing travel itineraries, quotes, invoices, and confirmations Maintaining customer records, payment follow-ups, and documents Creating travel proposals and assisting in trip planning Scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and supporting daily operations Supporting marketing activities (social media posts, replies, etc.) General admin tasks - filing, supplies, and office upkeep ? Requirements: Strong communication skills (English, Hindi, Gujarati) Comfortable with MS Office, WhatsApp Web, and email writing Organised, punctual, and detail-oriented Experience in travel/tourism industry is a plus but not mandatory
