About the Role



We are a

family office managing diversified businesses

including automobile, rice mill, bricks manufacturing, and investments (stocks, mutual funds, IPOs, and real estate). We are looking for a

reliable and disciplined Office Coordinator - Finance & Operations

to support day-to-day coordination, follow-ups, and reporting.

This role is ideal for someone who can

track work, ensure execution, and coordinate between teams

, rather than just doing clerical work.

Key ResponsibilitiesFinance & Accounts Coordination



Coordinate with the bookkeeper for: Daily entries Bank reconciliations Expense tracking Track payments, receipts, and approvals Maintain basic MIS, cash flow summaries, and pending reports Coordinate with CA, banks, and other consultants

Investments & Family Office Support



Maintain records of: Stocks, Mutual Funds, IPO applications Real estate documents and payments Prepare simple periodic reports (Excel / Google Sheets) Track documents, statements, and compliance timelines

Operations & Administration



Track pending tasks across team members Ensure follow-ups are closed on time Maintain files, agreements, and important records Support general office and asset management activities

Coordination Role



Act as a

single point of coordination

between: Accounts Research team Office assistant Escalate pending issues with proper updates

Required Skills & Qualifications



Graduate in Commerce / Management (B.Com preferred) 2-5 years of experience in office coordination, accounts, or operations Working knowledge of: Excel / Google Sheets Banking & basic accounting Good communication and follow-up skills Organized, responsible, and deadline-oriented
