URGENTLY REQUIRED IMMEDIATE JOINER

Position: Office Coordinator ( Female)

Qualification: Bachelor's Degree or Master.

Experiance : 1 to 3 Years

Salary : 2.0 LPA - 3 LPA

Office maintenance (to replace or order new product to maintain aesthetic view of the office.

AMC tracking of the electronic equipment.

Stationary check and update.

Petty cash sheet updating and Voucher making.

Coordination with accounts team for Opruss orders and document provision.

Documents scanning for team members.

Guest Visit provisions.

Event handling and celebrations.

Bday and anniversary maintenance of every employee.

Grocery (Check, ordering, replacing and maintaining)

Housekeeping supervision.

Coordinating with other delivery partners for material transfer.

Coordinating with production department for collecting orders from vendor.

Checking Delivery challan and Packaging list of the material.

Coordinating with Distributor (eg.PT) regarding dispatch update and order revisions.

Coordinating with Production team for material readiness for timely dispatch.

Coordinating with courier or tempo service for delivery /coordinating with distributor for material pickup updating.

Delivery challan and Packaging list sharing with distributor team.

Query resolving related to dispatch.

Maintaining ISO documents.

Maintaining sheets of the quotation sent, orders received and calls held.

Coordinating with BDE, assisting with details needed while handling client on visit.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
