Handle calls to students for inquiry follow-ups, reminders, and updates
Respond to student queries via email, WhatsApp, and phone in a timely and professional manner
Maintain student records, follow-up logs, and documentation as per process
Guide students on admission steps, document submissions, and timelines
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth student processing
Schedule and confirm student appointments or sessions (in-person or virtual)
Share regular updates, reminders, and newsletters via email/WhatsApp
Prepare and maintain basic reports in Excel or Google Sheets
