We're looking for a proactive and organized Female Office Coordinator to support day-to-day office operations and assist senior management. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, Good technical knowledge, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Support senior management in day-to-day operations
Manage scheduling, coordination, and internal/external communication
Handle emails, and correspondence in a professional manner.
Support in preparing reports, presentations, and spreadsheets as required.
Assist in organizing office events, travel arrangements, and logistics.
Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of office operations.
Perform any other administrative duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline.
3-4 years of experience in office coordination, administration.
Excellent
English communication (verbal and written)
skills.
Proficient in
MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
and comfortable with Good tech tools.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Professional demeanor, confidentiality, and a positive attitude.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
