Office Coordinator
to support day-to-day office operations and assist senior management. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, Good technical knowledge, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Support senior management in day-to-day operations. Manage scheduling, coordination, and internal/external communication. Ensure smooth functioning of overall office activities
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline.
3-4 years of experience in office coordination, administration, or as a personal assistant.
Excellent
English communication (verbal and written)
skills.
Proficient in
MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
and comfortable with basic tech tools.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Professional demeanor, confidentiality, and a positive attitude.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
