Responsibilities



Assist the Office Manager in daily administrative tasks

Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency

Manage schedules and arrange appointments for office staff

Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls

Order and maintain office supplies and inventory

Support the preparation and dissemination of office communications

Help in handling office paperwork and documentation

Team Handling & Confident

Inter department Communication & Office Management

Qualifications



B com / MBA preferred

Proven experience as an office assistant or in another relevant administrative role

2-3 years of experience

Female Candidates Preferred

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
