Job Description

The Office Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient daily operations of the office. This role provides administrative support, manages organizational tasks, and helps maintain an orderly and productive work environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and excels at multitasking in a dynamic setting.

Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Support



Prepare, format, and distribute documents, reports, and presentations. Manage incoming calls, emails, and general correspondence. Maintain accurate record-keeping and ensure proper documentation is organized in Google Drive. Strong proficiency in

Google Drive

and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides). Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail.

Office Operations



Maintain supply inventory (including groceries, sampling of the product and stationery). Oversee mail handling, shipping, and courier services. Support planning and execution of internal events, meetings, trainings, and company functions.

Coordination & Organizational Support



Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Identify and address administrative challenges proactively.
Ensure seamless communication across departments and facilitate workflow efficiency.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
