The Office Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The successful candidate will be able to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, work independently, and have excellent communication skills.
Job Responsibilities-
? Greet and assist visitors, answer and direct phone calls, and respond to emails in a professional manner
? Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels
? Monitor and maintain office equipment and ensure necessary repairs are performed
? Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents
? Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff and clients as needed
? Assist with event planning and coordination
? Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management.
Preferred- Must be Graduate ( only Female candidate)
Requirement- Must have experience of 2-3 years in administration
Age- 28-32 years
Location- Jangpura, Delhi

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
