We are looking for a smart and responsible Office Coordinator to manage daily office activities and ensure smooth coordination between departments.
Responsibilities:
Handle calls, follow-ups, and daily communication
Maintain reports, records, and files
Coordinate with production, accounts, and dispatch teams
Assist in documentation and basic data entry
Manage schedules, meetings, and office supplies
Requirements:
Graduate (any stream)
Good communication and computer skills (Excel/Google Sheets)
Strong follow-up and organizing ability
