Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented
Office Coordinator / Personal Assistant
to support day-to-day office operations and assist senior management. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, basic technical knowledge, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and personal assistance to senior management.
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner.
Maintain office records, files, and documentation systematically.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
Support in preparing reports, presentations, and spreadsheets as required.
Assist in organizing office events, travel arrangements, and logistics.
Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of office operations.
Perform any other administrative duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline.
1-2 years of experience in office coordination, administration, or as a personal assistant.
Excellent
English communication (verbal and written)
skills.
Proficient in
MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
and comfortable with basic tech tools.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
