Manage incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and correspondence.
Maintain office records, files, and documentation systematically.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and handle visitor management.
Monitor and order office supplies and ensure proper maintenance of office equipment.
Support HR and accounting departments with basic administrative tasks.
Assist in onboarding new employees and maintaining attendance records.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers as needed.
Prepare reports, memos, and basic data entry in Excel or Google Sheets.
Handle internal communication and ensure information flow within the organization.
